Hammer, pipe wrench, power drill, screws and bolts, gasket rings, electric cable. With the ServiceProfi, you have everything you need on board. Above all, there is a place for everything as the ServiceProfi offers two stable Sortimo® shelf systems which can be extended with further fittings as required. No matter whether you choose the Transporter ServiceProfi with normal roof or with medium high roof – both vehicles are especially tailored to meet the requirements of all trades and stand out for their high-quality workmanship, their reliability and their attractive price. It is, of course, also possible to lease the required version of the Transporter ServiceProfi.

It’s all a matter of organisation.

Everything has an allocated space of its own in the ServiceProfi with normal or medium high roof. While a power drill, cable reel, spanners and gasket rings can be stored neatly on the aluminium shelves, the driver and the front passenger can make themselves comfortable in the generous cab. The latter is fitted with a 2-seater front passenger bench seat and an "RCD 210" radio system with CD player as standard. The steel spare wheel, which is also included in the standard specifications, is mounted in a space-saving way under the load compartment floor at the rear. Everything ensures that the interior is well organised and is designed with your safety in mind. The load compartment with a broad sliding door on the driver’s side has a sturdy, non-slip wooden floor with loading sill protective trim and six lashing eyes. It complies with the ECE R17 standard and is completely separated from the cab by a full partition, which in turn fulfils the requirements of the DIN ISO 27956 standard for panel vans. Furthermore, a safety package with electronic stabilization programme ABS/TCS, EDL, hill start assist as well as airbags for the driver and front passenger protect you as you drive from one customer to the next.

The engines.

The Transporter ServiceProfi takes you swiftly to your destination and helps you to save fuel at the same time. Particularly the TDI engines have high pulling power and excellent efficiency. In addition to three 2.0 l TDI engines with 62 kW, 75 kW or 103 kW and a 2.0 l BiTDI engine with 132 kW, you also have the choice of a 2.0 l petrol engine with 85 kW. A 7-speed dual clutch gearbox DSG and 4MOTION all-wheel drive are available for the more powerful TDI engine versions and the TSI engine.

The tailgate.

Both ServiceProfi models, the Transporter with normal roof and the Transporter with medium high roof, are fitted with a large and easy-to-open tailgate. It offers comfortable access to the load compartment which is separated from the cab by a robust, high partition.

The wooden floor.

The load compartment is fitted with an extremely robust wooden floor, which features six foldable lashing eyes, step lighting and loading edge protective trim.

The "RCD 210" radio system.

The radio has an RDS function, an MP3-compatible CD player, an interface for the mobile phone provision and two loudspeakers with an output of 20 watts each in the cab.

Everything is well organised and quick to hand. The shelving on the driver’s side is firmly secured to the vehicle body and measures 1,004 mm x 382 mm x 1,015 mm. It consists of two side supports made of perforated aluminium sheeting, two aluminium storage trays, each with three compartments and a non-slip mat, one aluminium shelf with six box drawers on drawer slides that extend 2/3 and a lower trim plate

The shelving on the front passenger’s side has many different box drawers and containers. A tool box and a small parts box can be removed and taken with you to your workplace. The shelving measures 1,004 mm x 382 mm x 1,006 mm and consists of:

  • two side supports made of perforated aluminium sheeting
  • one aluminium storage tray with metal dividers and a non-slip mat
  • one aluminium shelf with three box drawers and a portable box with handle on drawer slides that extend 2/3
  • a small parts container with insert boxes on telescopic drawer slides
  • a tool container with metal dividers on telescopic drawer slides
  • two drawers on drawer slides that extend 100%, each with a metal divider and non-slip mat
  • a floor rail

The Sortimo® fittings can be extended at any time.
